Nothing wrong with a big ol' plate of Empress or Skyline "5 Ways" if
you like a bunch of allspice in your red. I always get some when I'm
in the area. Anything else is just "chilli-mac" which is OK, too.

BTW- they put the chilli ON the spaghetti for Cincinatti style. I
dunno what sort of mess you'd get cooking the pasta IN the chilli.
Prolly not edible. But, putting chilli on pasta isn't any worse than
putting chilli on rice which Texans are known to do. Heck, I've even
seen Texican add beenz to their bowl of red.   <GGG>
