Byron,

     I overwinter my plants in a sun room which was built on the back of
my house.  There is a good bit of temperature fluctuation out there, but
I don't allow it to get too cold at night.  The whole room gets plenty
of indirect sun with one corner of the room getting direct afternoon
sun. Seedlings are the only things I ever need fluorescent lights for
out there.
