a "puta" is a prostitute, a whore...

my velasquez (the spanish funk & wagnalls) has only one reference to
"pario":

pario (marmol), a.  parian marble 

(that's the stone, not the toy)...i would guess that paria is an area in
some spanish-speaking country which is famous for its marble...which,
unless the chile is marble colored, probably has nothing to do with
anything...

a SWAG would be that it is argentine slang, something close to "the
mother of all aji"...
or, it could be making reference to paria, and translate as "hot as a
parian whore"...
