Dear Chile-Heads,

I know that we discussed many, many times the dehydrator issue,
but...I didn't save any of the info because I never thought I
would need it.

Now I do!  I order 10 pounds of Art Pierce's bounty and want to
dry part of the shipment.  Which dehydrators are good and
efficient and what one don't work???

I don't think I want to trust myself using the oven at a low heat.
