Last night frost threatened (predicted 26F), so I pulled in the potted
chiles, and chopped off the rest at ground level and brought them in.

Some ought to ripen when I hang up the plants (upside down) - but maybe not
too many. And maybe fruit quality will suffer... So should I try to ripen
them all, or should I put (at least some) in the dryer after cutting them in
half? Could make green chile powder, probably lots. Never tried that.
What's the best of the two alternatives?

These are serrano, cayenne, chilhuacle, pasilla, jalapeno and purira chiles.
