As a card carrying Chile-Head I too have eaten some strange things in
the name of
research for the list, (unpaid), but this stuff  IMHO just does not make
the first
cut ..
FWIW I quite like Belcan (compressed shrimp paste in block form) this
you can
smell half a mile away..
I have also been known to use tripe when making Menudo..
