[CH] "Hunan Hand" origin

During my newbie period I asked this same question.  Mike (our illustrious
list owner) sent the info that this is an actual medical journal-documented
medical term.  I think he may have even sent the url for the documentation
or journal name and volume info or something with that response.  I will
look to see if I still have that info stored someplace but I think it may
have gone after lo so many changes in mail programs since then.  If my
memory serves, this term was coined to label the dermatitis on the hands of
a chef at a Hunan restaurant who had handled too many chiles and ended up at
the hospital.  Have I totally butchered this, Mike?
