Dear Karen,

There's a pretty good flea market in Daytona (Fri., Sat., Sun.) at the
intersection of I-95 and US 92. Go to the food lanes....westernmost
aisle. There are some hot sauce stands and lots of fresh chiles. Also:
Farmer's Markets on Weds. e. of DeLand, at the Fair Grounds; and at City
Island (Daytona) on Sat. am.

A number of good (not great) Mexican restaurants here: Rio Bravo on Rt.
92 and Mexican Connexion (sic) in New Smyrna Beach. Best selection of
hot sauces is in Mr. Dunderbek's Deli (Volusia Mall). Randy bought them
out a few months ago, but they probably have replenished their stock! My
favorite Indian Restaurant is the Clay Oven on Rt. 17-92 in
Longwood...that's south of DeLand and Sanford.

The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is open....very historic and picturesque.
You'll walk your tush off climbing it! Perhaps that's the lighthouse you
mean, although there is a lighthouse in St. Augustine too.

Call me while you are in Daytona; 904-788-7258

Cocoa is about 160-170 miles from Jax.

Have a nice trip!

Myron (you know where!)
