Jim, first recipes and now this...don't panic, but you may be infected with
the spreading Martha Stewart virus.  To be sure, take this simple test:
Hold a long, narrow piece of brightly colored material in your left hand
straight out in front of you.  Stand on one leg (the right leg) and balance
there for as long as you can looking at the material until you either begin
to feel bored or find you have an uncontrollable urge to move your right
hand across and tie the material into a perky bow.  Should the latter occur
see a doctor immediately.

P.S. Seriously, these really are great ideas, and since I've had the virus
untreated for years, I plan to try these asap.

'sand in a bottle' thingies
