[CH] chile bouquets

Chile bouquets have been popular here in the SF Bay Area for several years.  
I bought some last year and they keep looking good for several weeks and then 
you just pick 'em and cook with them or put them dried in oils or vinegars.  
Actually I recall some dried ones ended up in Vodka.  It's funny after a 
while the peppers turn white in the Vodka and the vodka takes on a nice blush.
