Where about ?
I live in suburban MD. There are a couple of very good restaurants in my
area.
 -- perhaps we might meet and go somewhere.

About 1 & 1/2 hours northwest of DC at the base of Catoctin Mt.. in
Thurmont, Md is Cozy's restaurant. It is located a picturesque area.  It
has a great buffet, and for some time now, Cozy has had their "Wall of
Fire" -- over 200 hot sauces available.  In addition, they generally have a
couple of dozen open for you to try.

Some of us local ChileHeads have gotten together there for a chile-offs --
carried almost to the point of absurdity.  (Jeff Porter would say it wasn't
almost.)

Let me know if you might be interested, I'll send further directions.
