Hey Chile-heads,

Has anyone else on the list using "windows"
been experiencing problems with they're computers?

I just ran a virus checker through my drives this evening.
Found one.
Its called Happyworm or happyworm99, forgot to write
down the exact name.
I have no idea what it affects.
Right now I can't defrag my harddrive and I can't do e-mail under
windows.
It was hiding in an e-mail message from chile-heads.
Which one I don't know.
I subscribe to the digest.
After I deleted the worm, I'm now unable to access my e-mail
via Netscape under Windows.
It modified a number of things if I'm thinking correctly.
Making it impossible to access my mail server via Netscape.
(haven't checked the micromush mail program.)

I got around it using other programs.
And Linux. :-)

But I was wondering if anyone on the list knows how to undo the damage.

Gotta go make chile for the potluck at work tomorrow.
Should I make it hot? :-)
