[CH] Raspberry w/ Chipotle

  I posted a message yesterday about the raspberry/chipotle preserves. I
found it today at the local high-end grocery boutique. It was $8/pint.
  I keep chipotle in adobo sauce in the refrigerator along with pickled
jalapeņos. I made my own.

1/2 chipotle pepper
1 tsp adobo sauce
1/2 jalapeņo; seeded
8 oz. raspberry preserves

  Same stuff. Great taste. Just enough kick to enhance it without
overpowering it. $2/pint
