	Admittedly, I haven't worked up that many sauces, 237 is
	more accurately the number of times I thought about this
	project before I actually got around to doing it... plus, #237
	just seemed to have a nice ring to it.

	One successful concoction I made last year was a powder
	mix I christened "311", (3 parts orange hab powder, 1 part
	cayenne powder, 1 part ancho powder).  I keep it at work,
	in plain sight, and it is one of the few things the cubicle-
	rumaging thieves don't mess with.  My silverware used to
	disappear until I started leaving it in the drawer unwashed.
	Apparently if they're too cheap to buy their own, they're also
	too lazy to wash somebody else's.
