Get a dutch oven, kind'a medium. Pour in some veg oil. Fill dutch oven
about 1/2 full with hot tap water...

Bring to rapid boil, adding five chipotles and lots o'sauce from a can
of chipotles/adobo that's 2-3 weeks old and been hiding in the 'frig and
you couldn't bear to toss... (Put remainer of can back in 'frig. PITCH
CHIPOTLES IN ADOBO??? I think NOT!) Add two tbs. butter, a plam-hole
size (schrunch your hand up until there's a little cup in the center...)
of chipotle powder, and an equal amount of crushed Chile Caribi...

Resume boil and when rolling nicely, add a box o'Kraft Mac & Cheese,
sans the cheese packet.

Boil until al dente, and then drain. Remove whole chipotles, sucking
them before disposing of... (HUSH!)

What? The milk's gone bad? Well, add two wooden spatulas o'sour
cream. (Give fur kids the empty carton as a treat.) Also, add two tbs.
of mayo (NOT SALAD DRESSING!!), along with some more butter. Stir and
add cheese packet that came with mac and cheese.

Sprinkle LIBERALLY with chipotle powder. Mix well over low-med heat
until well mixed and creamy.

Spoon into large bowl, sprinkle with lots o'salt (compliments the
warm/smokey so well - the tastebuds just purr!!!) and enjoy!

Merry Christmas... And to all a good night! Nap time for this Bonzo to
take a nap! <g> BURP!
