So, I've got my black eyed peas for New Years. Now, how would a good Chile-head cook these? I have some smoked turkey, and some smoked habs. I figured onions, garlic and some cumin. I'm going to cook 2 lbs. of dried beans and freeze some, because I love black eyed peas. What are you all doing with your peas? Marilyn
