(yawn...snap...pop...groan...sigh) Helluva party though.  :)

Black & Tans and Amaretto and M&R Asti at midnite. Jumbo
(really) Shrimp dunked in horseradish sauce liberally dosed
with Calvin Powder ("Purveyors of fine spices since the
Second Millennium"). Prime rib slathered with Chipotle
Sauce. Double Alka-Seltzer at 3 AM. Twenty hours of
fireworks on PBS (loved Sydney & Paris). Absolutely,
positively no Dick Clark. Laughing at the loons in Noo Yawk
Cidy. Best Party: Dublin (wadda surprise). Stone age
computer didn't even die. New Year greetings from the
Antipodes (Hi Tony & Luke!) and the Global ChileHead
Conspiracy. 

Anybody got any good recipes for leftover prime rib?  
Preferably something that goes well with flat champagne and
aspirins.
