Heads -

I agree that the rooster sauce goes good on everything. My wife and I went through the first bottle real quick (love that squeeze tip). Got another bottle and added some habanero paste. Hoo baby! Even better! However, neither one was as good as the tuong ot toi viet-nam garlic chili sauce. That one is GOOD!

I got the first bottle of sriracha (rooster) at a mainstream supermarket (Cub or Rainbow or something), second one at an Asian place in Burnsville (MN) and the garlic chili sauce at the Safeway in Spearfish SD. Because of this apparent widespread availability, it seems like you should be able to get it just about anywhere.

If not, check out the website - it says they are accepting orders again. (If you try the Sambal Badjak (chili/onion/shrimp paste) please let me know what it is like.

Hey green! Which Mexican restaurant were you talking about? You know, the close one that isn't as good as the ones in St. Paul (thanks be to El Grande for El Burrito Mercado!). It wasn't Pasquales, was it? Or maybe Baja Tortilla Grill (if so, you're pretty lazy!) BIG GRIN
