[CH] Spicy Tempura Dipping Sauce

I was at Costco the other day & found a box of tempura shrimp [20 count] in
the frozen food section - I opened the box & found them in 4 separate trays
(great for people who don't need/want to use all 20 at the same time)

While they were baking I made my own tempura sauce:
Mix together equal parts:
	Sugar
	Soy Sauce
	Sake (whiskey or vodka will also do nicely)
Heat & bring to a boil, add
	Fresh chopped garlic - to taste
	Fresh [or dried] chopped peppers to taste
Reduce heat and simmer 
When shrimps are ready place on plates, pour dipping sauce into bowls, &
serve

Yummy. . .again, the garlic & peppers are to your taste. . .B-)
