[CH] Maple sauce

Howdt y'all,

thought that I had seen most of the types of chilli sauce if not the makes.
 However, I recently came across Maple/Chipotle Grille Sauce.  It is very
sweet due to the maple syrup and molasses [with a little tomato], but has
chipotles (quite a few) waiting in reserve.  Have yet to find a meat to
grill with it on but it does make a good dipping sauce for canapes (or
canopies).  Does anyone have a non-game meat to suggest that I try with it
- pork is OK but not great.
