Cascabel is a Spanish word for "jingle bell". It is a round pepper
which is nice and smoky when dried.

To get the "jingle bell" sound, you need to dry the pepper, then tap it
gently against your counter. This causes the seeds to break loose from
the membrane and rattle against the sides of the peppers.

Not only tasty, but it sounds good!
