Good day CH's

Thanks for your responses to my last E-Mail. As you may have guessed I am
new to the world of Chile-headness!!!
It just kind of happened by accident - my girlfriend and I looking for a
hanging basket in the local nursery. There she was a beautiful little
Serrano plant - I had to have her, I was hooked!!!

Well now I have more plants and would like to find out more about them?
They are:	Serrano
		Hungarian
		Black Chile
		Orange Habenero
		Midnight Dream
		Sugar Chile
		Jamaican Red
They are around 40cm tall and generally bushy!

I have taken three fruit from the Serrano and four from the Hungarian (which
I dried in the oven overnight). The others seam to be trying to flower and
fruit but I think they are still too small. I live in Brisbane, Australia
so I have a long growing season - what effects will this have? Any recipes
or creative idea's with regard these types of Chile would also be greatly
appreciated.
With regards,
Arran
