Well, Roberto, I would hazard a guess that the onions would go back in with the cornmeal and the black beans, so as to flavor the dish while it is finishing. At least that is what I would do with them. Sounds like a good chicken dish, if you do not have a bunny available(either Hefner's or a real one!)Cheers, Doug in BC
