"The Fragrant Garden in Enrina, in New South Wales, is the Hot and Happening
place to be if your a lover of Chile's---or as they spell it Down Under,
chillis---during a week-end that locals describe as "colorful,mad, and heaps
of fun". Garden owners and Chile lovers Jan and Michael Bailes, who
grow---and sell---some one hundred varieties of Chile peppers, had the
inspiration for the event over a bottle of wine several years ago. The
result is a long week-end of funky entertainment(provided by the Hot Chilli
Mummas), cooking demonstrations , and other Hot stuff. Warm up with a Chile
massage, cool down with a Chile beer, munch Chile-laced chocolate, talk to
the experts about planting a Chile garden of your own...or just chill.
