Where is everyone getting their chile pepper seeds this year?  I used to go with The Pepper Gal and Davis Seed Co. but I haven't received the new Pepper Gal catalog and the Davis website seems to be dead.  I wasn't too happy with the Pepper Gal's "credit only" policy for out-of-stock seeds and my germination rates last year were kind of pathetic.
