Virginia... At the risk of setting someone off...

I yust don't like rice in stuffed *chiles* (I REFUSE to say "peppers" as
that....<shudder> brings something else to mind...). There's too many udder
great and wonderful things to put in them... LAMB, cheese, cilantro, beef,
pork, beans...

I love rice, in many ways, just not in my *STUFFED CHILES*. :>

Don't unscribe, Virgina. Sometimes somebuddy's targeted when the moon's full,
or their SO walked out on them, or the dog whizzed on the carpet, or a tire went
flat, or the boss nagged at them, or it was a Tuesday, or...

We're all only human and sometimes get our drawers in knots when we
shouldn't... Funny, but it usually happens at this time o'year... Must be the
raging hormones as one side o'the world watches their chile production drawing
to a close, and the other side's getting all het-up waiting to get seeds going
and soon to be planting...

I gotta go find that recipe for stuffed Gypsys...
