I haven't had time to read the 'list for the past couple of
weeks so may have missed mention
of this so please forgive me if it is "old news"
My March Saveur mag. arrived Wed. and the first chance I had
to look at it came this morning.
I was delighted to se, on Page 20, in Saveur Fare, the
notice
March 10 -12 Central Coast Chilli Festival - Erina,
Australia.
"The Fragrant Garden in Erina, in New South Wales, is the
hot and happening place to be if
you're a lover ov chiles—or, as the spell it Down Under,
chillis—during a weekend that locals describe as "colorful,
mad and heaps of fun" . Garden
owners and chile lovers Jan and Michael Bailes, who
grow—and sell—some one hundred varieties of chile peppers,
had the inspiration for the event
over a bottle of wine several years ago........
Any hoo, it goes on to describe some of the goodies.
?A chile massage???

Wonderful, Michael and Jan.
Hey are chiles mainstream now, or what!!!
