[CH] Wonderful Bell Peppers...

Hey, In my opinion Bell Peppers and Hot Peppers are like Bacon and eggs,
or Romeo and Juliet, or Martini's and olives...they just kinda go
together.
Two of my favorite meals are fried Bell Peppers in olive oil, plenty of
garlic, salt & pepper and fresh parsley with Habaneros sliced into it
also...I add this to Pork BBQ sandwiches, Chicken, Veal and Beef dishes.
It's also delicious on a sandwich with Provolone and Salami.
My other favorite is Bell Peppers stuffed with Ground turkey (mixed with
bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper) broiled in the
oven with slices of onion, tomato, bacon and Hot Peppers layered on top.
I just surveyed my Newsletter subscribers recently (now 2600 strong for
Pepper Joe's 'Chile News & Views'Newsletter and 60% of them requested
that I carry more bell peppers and sweet peppers...and these guys are
DEVOUT Chileheads).  I'm getting a ton of orders in for our 'Sweet
Crimson' pepper, which is in the bell pepper family.  And again, most of
our customers are Chileheads to the core.
