The digest is now constantly averaging between 35% and 50% 
commented text.  That figure does not include text that has no 
proceeding comment mark such as the horrible and inexcusable 
inclusion of the complete original message.

That means that between a third and half of all text is being 
reposted.  Please don't do this.  Quote only what you are 
commenting on as a reminder to the reader.  It is not necessary 
to quote the complete message.  There is no excuse for including 
at the end the original message.  Please don't.

There are plenty of examples of good posting practice that are a 
pleasure to read.  It is not hard to spot them.  Please emulate 
this practice.
