I have also heard the term 'Dutch Oven' coined in a less popular way...  You
know, when you hold your loved one's head under the sheets and let loose
with a chile (or other spicy) by-product (aka: flatulence)...?  I have only
heard it used in this manner a few times, so am not totally sure of the
validity on this.  Can anyone else clarify?  :)
