Plant rustleing I've heard it termed as. There is a nice section of homes 
over looking the IL river that I drive by sometimes. Next to one the nice 
homes is a vacant lot that had several wildflowers that I was interested in. 
I wanted to knock on the door to see if they would let me have some seeds but 
I never mustered up the courage. There's always this year though :)
