Allen, sounds like a fine idea to put up a deck to keep
you off the wet ground and out of the puddles ..<g>....
You'll probably need an umbrella in July -- but at least
it will shade you from the sun...

We planted corn 40 years ago. Weren't very good at it..
But we certainly NEVER saw three ears on one stalk! 
Is that common..?
