[tomato] Bug pictures; Neem oil

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a good web resource for pictures of garden pests?  I've had
these small red insects attack 2 of my plants.  I think they are a type of
aphid but I just want to be sure.  They are no bigger than 1/8th inch long
and their body is shaped like a pear.  They also have long legs relative to
it's body.

So I sprayed the one infested plant with Green Light brand Neem Oil (.9%)
profusely.  The next day, the plant foliage had burned up.  Has anyone else
experienced this?
