I don't have much choice. My veggie patch is small and the tomatoes, being the tallest plants, need to stay in the back. We till and enrich the soil every year but do not rotate. I have good years and better years for tomatoes (have never had a really bad year), but this seems to depend more on the weather. Pat Zone 7, Delmarva
