[tomato] Little Help Please

Can anyone help me identify what is wrong with my plants and treatment. Leaves
curl up from the bottom. Only one type of plant affected, only on old growth,
very bottom leaves dry up and turned brown. May be something from rain
splashing soil onto leaves, we have had a lot of rain over the last 3 weeks.
