  Here is a tip.  Most soil diseases live in the top 1 to 2 in of soil,
Double dig and bury the top 3 to 4 in.

  Have you tried UC Berkly (sp)?  When I was doing my TMV thing, I found
they had a Agi division,

At NCSU, for Tobacco, they recommended pulling infected plants and soilarize
the soil where the plant was.

"Fun" buying plant diseases, Had 4 seed borne diseases.
