Good to hear about frozen salsa - using tomatoes.

But how about using tomatillos??

I just un-froze my tomatillo salsa, and the tomatillos - while still 
tasty - were a bit chunky, and not as sweet.

Does anyone else have an experience with frozen tomatillo salsa?
