I've had several different chile beers, and to be honest, I'm of the
opinion that they just don't blend together very well - now, to eat chiles
and then quench with beer, well of course, but brewing them into a
beer...well, not for me anyhow. On the other hand, chile brewed beers are
superb for cooking - I like using them in my chili, or when seasoning taco
meat. Just substitute the beer for the water in the recipe...
