Well, I don't coat a steak with hab powder, but I do give it a good
sprinkle
on both sides before grilling or broiling, sure makes Ol' Bessy lively
on the 
palate. Then I use yellow-top sriracha as a steak sauce. Naw, I'm not
insane.
I just get these headaches...
