A surprising number of folks wrote that they took little time removing
the subject item.  Others cast disparaging remarks on those who don't. 
Still others took the environmental high ground and mumbled something
about "waste".  Tis a sad lot I say!  In my mind, pulling the subject
item out is akin to coitus interruptus!  Or worse, making love without
foreplay!  My gawd! Don't you folks realize anticipation is the greater
part of joy?

Now me, I will none of that. If absent, I put the item in. As I move and
shake, I get these feelings.  The anticipation wells!  What will the
moment bring?  Have I shaken enough or should I linger and shake some
more? Let me check. No! Not yet! A bit, yes a bit more! Ahhh! The moment
is at hand, but wait! Ohhhh just a shake or two more. Yessss! That's it!
That's it! Yes! Yes! Yes! The breath heaves! The sweat pours! Gawd it
feels soooo good. Mmmmmmmmm!

Course the other option is wham bam thank you bottle.
