[CH] DC hot spots?

Greetings, Chile-Head brethren and sistren!


I'm heading to Washington, DC this coming Wednesday for a three-day conference (return Saturday morning) and am wondering whether anyone has any recommendations for good chile-oriented food in those parts. Staying at the Renaissance Washington DC hotel (9th and K), but would be able to get anywhere within reasonable distance on the Metro or cab.
