Just finished supper & it was GOOOOD!!! When I tasted the rice I was
gonna shake a little more pepper powder on it but decided to wait a
minute or two too see what developed. The flavor was outstandin & while
thinking about the subtle flavors the heat started to creep in. Not a
lot & not a jump up & slap you in the mouth type heat. As I continued
with supper the heat didn't get overbearing at all just a nice subtle
glow throughout the mouth & lips. The chicken was also outstanding in
both the heat & flavor. The mixture of peppers was tasty. It is
definitely something I'll buy when & if it becomes available, if not on
a mass market, let me know the particulars & I'll get a check in the
mail for more of the "POWDER". I'm making a scallop & pasta dish
tomorrow night & I think I'm gonna use some of this blend in it instead
of the cayenne powder called for.
