Hey Chris,

Could you include your recipe for the scallop and pasta dish as well?

P.S. Calvin:  I received your powder in the mail late last week, here at
work.  Had planned to use it but have had sick kids and now me!  I am
tempted to just lick my finger and put it in the bag and take things from
there!

I will let you know how it goes!

Thanks again and just from the smell of the mix, I will definitely like to
buy more.
