Welcome 'newbie'.  You've probably already sifted through 100 responses to
your post and are even more confused, but here's my 2 cents:

>1:  Something really stupidly hot
	"Stupidly hot"? Gotta be either Dave's Insanity or Endorphin Rush
	(See "Uses for Daves Insanity" thread from about a week or two back)

>2:  A good full-bodied all-purpose possibly multi-pepper sauce
	My replacement for ketchup, Tuong Ot Srirachi, good bite, but it does
list garlic in the ingredients. If you can't find it anywhere, email me
privately and we'll see what we can do.

>3:  Something else fun and interesting that no-one should miss
	I love Melinda's Habanero sauces.  The X's rate the heat with good 	flavor
across the temperature spectrum.
