My local Borders has a pretty good stack of them for $8. Tell y'all what:
I'll take requests up through, say, Friday and mail them out next week. The
cost will be $8 plus NM tax (around 6%) plus shipping (which I'd say will be
in the $2-3 range) - all total it oughta come out to around $12, less in
most cases.

In the event that I get more orders than they have books, I'll draw names
from a hat. I'll email exact costs personally and you can send money once I
let you know that it's on the way.

If anybody (including you Doug!) is interested, send me your name and
shipping address and I'll do what I can.

PS - If you want to use plastic, Amazon (www.amazon.com) has them for $17.50,
as I recall, plus about $4 shipping...
