I must admit, I've never met a group of people who respond so quickly to
a perceived offense. A couple of you had the decency to give me the
benefit of the doubt in my very innocent posting of the 'Commercial'
about New Mexico mass produced salsas and chile products (YUK!) Mind
you, I did write a letter to "MajorDomo" to ask his/her opinion of what I
was about to do but being new to communicating to a "list" owner, I don't
think my message ever got through. Hey, no matter.
Given the attitude of many of you, I'd much rather continue to eat salsa
mass produced in New York than hang around reading your narrow minded
crap!
I appreciate those who told me what I had done wasn't cool. Thanks for
not assuming that I had purposefully violated any written/unwritten norms
of the Chile-Head club.
For the rest of you, I hope you find great fulfillment in growing,
grinding, and eating your own chile stuff cause you certainly ain't gonna
win any awards for giving anyone a break. You're cynical, narrow minded
and just too good to be true.
