Hi, Judith.

I saw your post about Calvin's powder.

Since you asked the right questions - and I'm searching for a farm in 
order to grow more peppers so I can make some kind of a living from 
making and selling hot sauce (whew) - I'm wondering if you can tell me 
how I can get:

*	An Occupational License (is this a Business License?)

*	A Sales Tax Number

*	An Agricultural License

*	A Health Dept. Inspection

*	Find An Approved Kitchen?

Etc.

I also am wondering if I create these products on a farm, do I have to 
get all the inspections, licenses, etc.?

I understood that if a product was created on a farm, there were certain 
exceptions.

Fellow CH'ers - I'd appreciate your thoughts, too.
