After the ice storm, I had about a zillion chileheads messages, which just
kept piling up while I said, "I'll get to them soon." Well, I never got around
to reading them, and today, I gave up and deleted 268 messages. 

Forgive me if someone has already mentioned this, but the Fiery Foods 
Site has lots of information about starting your own business in the 
fiery foods industry.
