Frank,

I have used and like Busha Brown's (cute little octagon glass bottle) but
another really great Jamacian Jerk Paste is Walkers Wood. It is ground
peppers, spices, etc. and it is fantastic. Tis a bit salty to eat plain
and not cooked into meat (ask me how I know?!!). First, coat meat with a
thin layer of oil, then I slather the paste on the steak or chicken, let
sit hours or better, ovenight, then grill. Sometimes I eat additional
paste on the side.

I have never tried jerk seasoning/powder or sauce so I cannot speak about them.

....you have sparked an interest again that I haven't tried since
summer.....gotta git me a steak or two!
