This is a great article for accuracy and detail.  I somewhat believe =
these
are rare commodities in today's media.  It took me a long time, many
cookoffs, and many books to learn this stuff.  Here it is in one place.

Nonetheless, we say "You can cook my recipe, but you can't cook my =
chili."

If there are any Arizona CH's out there, we'll be in Old Town Tucson =
Feb.14
for a cookoff.  Come say hello to a Marylander far from home.
